Here at racks.lk we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all our customers.
In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect then you may return your product. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be returned to racks.lk in its original packaging including the boxes, tags, labels, warranty card, etc with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the delivery date. The product has to be in a resalable & unused condition for an exchange of products.
These categories cannot be returned:
- Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
- Items which have been used or installed.
- Products that have been tampered with or a missing serial numbers.
- Products with missing labels or accessories.
- Digital products.
- If you received an item Damaged or incorrect then you have to returned the delivery agent at the same time or return the products within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Refund & Exchange Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refunds will be made for the cost of the product that was paid. racks.lk does not refund any shipping and handling charges that was made initially by the purchaser.
-For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item for cash on delivery and bank deposits. The credit card payment will be refunded from 5 – 8 working days.
-For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability.
