HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, if it is within Colombo it will be delivered within 1-3 Working days. If the order is out of Colombo it will be delivered within 2-4 Working Days.  If it is an international delivery, it will take 5-20 days but depending upon the custom clearance process it will be delayed. DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY TO YOUR PRODUCTS?

The warranty is applicable for the mechanism of the product and not for the material, color and outer layer. The warranty terms are mentioned on the product description page.

If the product is dispatched by our delivery partner you will not be able to cancel the order and if it’s not dispatched you can cancel the order. Please call +94 722226666 for cancellation.

We do not provide cash on delivery service out of Sri Lanka. You can only pay via debit or credit card.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Your order must be cancelled for many numerous reasons.

• Out of stock

• If the payment is not successful

• If the delivery is unsuccessful

• If your location is remote and we are unable to deliver

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY AND TAXES FOR AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

You do not need to pay any custom clearance taxes if it is within Sri Lanka. If it was an international shipping you will have to pay the custom clearance and the percentage will depend upon the country. Our Delivery partner will contact you about custom tax along with original receipt.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF THE ITEMS IS DAMAGED ONCE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you receive any damage item on your order, we will exchange it to you as soon as possible. Please refer our Exchange Policy page.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT FROM THE ORDERED ONE?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER?

You can change the shipping address if the goods are not dispatched by our warehouse and
if it is dispatched, we will not be able the change the shipping address.

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS I SEE ON THE PICTURE?

The photos are taken with highest resolution. We will ensure the product is same as seen in the picture but there color and effects may slightly change due the high photo quality.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?
