HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED?

Once an order is placed on our website www.racks.lk , we will be sending you an exclusive order confirmation to your email with the order number which shall be used as reference for all your queries.

HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, if it is within Colombo it will be delivered within 1-3 Working days. If the order is out of Colombo it will be delivered within 2-4 Working Days.  If it is an international delivery, it will take 5-20 days but depending upon the custom clearance process it will be delayed. (T&C Apply)

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY TO YOUR PRODUCTS?

The warranty is applicable for the mechanism of the product and not for the material, color and outer layer. The warranty terms are mentioned on the product description page.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE I MAKE A PAYMENT?

If the product is dispatched by our delivery partner you will not be able to cancel the order and if it’s not dispatched you can cancel the order. Please call +94 722226666 for cancellation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit & credit cards, Cash on delivery and Mint Pay.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Your order must be cancelled for many numerous reasons.

  • Out of stock
  • If the payment is not successful
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful
  • If your location is remote and we are unable to deliver
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY AND TAXES FOR AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

You do not need to pay any custom clearance taxes if it is within Sri Lanka. If it was an international shipping you will have to pay the custom clearance and the percentage will depend upon the country. Our Delivery partner will contact you about custom tax along with original receipt.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT FROM THE ORDERED ONE?

We will exchange it for you without any cost as soon as possible. You can request for an exchange by email to support@racks.lk or call/whatsapp us on +94 722226666.  Please refer our Exchange Policy page.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER?

You can change the shipping address if the goods are not dispatched by our warehouse and
if it is dispatched, we will not be able the change the shipping address.

 

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS I SEE ON THE PICTURE?

The photos are taken with highest resolution. We will ensure the product is same as seen in the picture but there color and effects may slightly change due the high photo quality.
