DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFO

At Rack.lk we ensure all your orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse based in Colombo in Sri Lanka via a selected courier service which provides the safest and fastest shipping method.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We have same day delivery within Colombo (T&C Apply). We can use Pick Me flash for the same day delivery where the customer has to bear the excess delivery cost.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days within Sri Lanka. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and dimension of the product. The racks.lk has mentioned the weight and the size of the package on every product description. Free shipping will be indicated on certain products based on promotions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At racks.lk we have shipping methods to be selected on checkout page. We have been partnered with few shipping companies for our international shipping. Please read the terms and condition of our delivery partner while selecting the international shipping methods

International shipping may take 5-20 days but depending upon the custom clearance it may delay. You can contact the courier company with the tracking number and get the status of the delivery

TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is invoiced and dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information.

DAMAGE & MISSING ITEMS

If you have received an item that has been damaged or missing items from your order, please email us at support@racks.lk or contact our 24 x 7 customer support +94 72222 6666. Please make sure at Rack.lk we will strictly follow all the damaged or missing proof and will give you the best solution for you on your order. For damages you will need to provide us with pictures of the damage product and picture of the package. (Check our return policy for more info)

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your order has not been received within the specified time, please track the order using the tracking code or please email us to support@racks.lk or WhatsApp us on +94 72222 6666. If the tracking status is showing as delivered and if you haven’t got the product, please contact us on the above.
If you do not accept the delivery within 6 days or you are not reachable, we will cancel your order and arrange a refund after deducting shipping attempt charges and bank charges to the same payment method.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We at racks.lk will ensure our product stock we offer are in stock. However, time to time we may come across situation where the product will be out of stock for selected products. Incase if you ordered product is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and your payment will be refunded to the same payment method
